As we finish a record year of growth in 2024, KMI Sp0rts Construction (“KMI”) is excited to announce a new chapter in our journey: a strategic growth investment from Sundance Partners (“Sundance”).
For years, KMI has been at the forefront of designing and building the highest quality sports fields and facilities, offering unmatched craftsmanship and quality service to sports associations, educational institutions, and municipalities across Texas and the United States. This new partnership with Sundance marks a pivotal moment for KMI, empowering us to expand our reach and impact even further.

This growth investment strengthens our ability to deliver on our core mission: creating the highest quality fields and facilities on time with satisfied customers to inspire athletes, engage communities, and set new standards for the industry. We, Sean and Rob, will continue to grow KMI in our current roles as CEO and COO. With the resources and expertise of Sundance, we are poised to take on more ambitious projects and continue redefining the athletic
field construction landscape through a mixture of organic growth and acquisitions to expand our capabilities and geographical reach.
