KMI Sports Construction is the leader and complete one-stop solution for sports complex construction.
Our best projects result from a great action plan that requires a team to execute the project. We own multiple pieces of heavy equipment and only use experienced personnel to get the job done on time and under budget. We have managed multi-million dollar sports complexes, fields, and facilities that have benefited many student athletes across the country. Our clients range from school districts, private sport complex owners, city parks, sports academies, and youth sports associations. Our Sports Construction division services include recreational land design, project management, and construction services for sports complexes, athletic fields, facilities, golf courses, golf practice facilities and site improvements, since 2007. While our roots come from baseball design and construction, we’ve become a recognized company and brand in the design/build market for sports facilities of all types.

Project Plan

Site Demolition
Existing structures, soil, or concrete may need to be removed prior to installing your new field or facility.
We would rough grade the area and remove anything underground, including electric wiring, irrigation pipes, drainage, etc. this will ensure we have a solid sub base.
Utilities
KMI only employs the best underground and overhead utility resources around. Only top of the line utility material is used.
Drainage
One of the most important elements of your field is drainage. We understand an artificial turf field is a major investment and don’t take that lightly. We want our customers to play as many games as possible, which allows for a faster ROI. Our experienced construction teams will ensure a high quality drainage system is installed and the water is drained to the appropriate collection area.
Laser Grading
Our goal is to create the perfect base on every project. Our laser grading equipment will ensure a proper field surface.
